Nishiyama Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”) recognizes our important responsibility to protect the personal information of customers.
The Company has defined the following policies for the handling of personal information and strives to protect personal information in accordance with these policies.

At the Company, personal information refers to information which is provided from the customer as part of performing the Company’s business and which can be used to identify the customer as a specific individual. This includes name, address, telephone number, etc.

The Company shall obtain personal information of customers through appropriate and fair method.

3.Use of personal information

The Company shall only use personal information acquired from the customer for the purposes listed below.

• ・Accepting applications from prospective employees and contacting applicants

4.Secure management of personal information

5.Disclosure and correction of personal information

If the Company receives a request for disclosure or correction of personal information from the customer from whom said information was acquired, the request shall be fulfilled promptly after confirming the identity of the customer.

6.Provision of personal information to a third party

The Company shall not disclose personal information to a third party without first obtaining agreement from the customer, except in the following case.

• ・When providing personal information to a business contractor within the scope required to perform business
• ・When providing personal information as statistical data, with the condition that the provided personal information has been processed to prevent identification of individual customers
• ・When providing personal information as required by law, etc.
